Returns

After receiving your item or knife, look it over real good. Open it but don't snap it. If its not right, send it back. You are responsible for the shipping and as long as everything is ok you will get a refund less the original shipping. The item must be as you received it.

Things not to do:

Do not carry it in your pocket, it will mark it, dirty it and no refund will be given.

Don't take it apart. Most cases you just voided the manufactures warranty if they do not allow that.

Don't cut anything!

If you are a nit picker, do not order!


Warranty

The manufacture\knife maker guarantees their work. If you do something stupid they most likely will charge you to fix it or choose not to cover it. You have to use common sense. I cannot fix it, so you have to go direct and I am happy to help you if I can.
