At this time we do not have online purchasing. All orders have to be phoned in or contact through email.

We are a regular store and do not have email receipt but we will put your sales recite in the box unless asked not to.

All major credit cards plus JCB, Pay Pal, money orders and cash!

I am sorry at this time we can not ship "FOLDING SINGLE BLADES THAT LOCK" to the city and county of New York

The rest of New York State is fine.

Please call the shop toll free 866-827-5292 for the USA and Canada. For international orders you can call in 714-549-3932. Anyone can help you and take the information. We are a family store with a few long time part time workers. If you call early in the morning we can ship the same day. UPS picks up around 3PM PST. Post office varies. Email dan@plazacutlery.com

You can use the below form to make sure you have all the information. During the holidays or if we are busy we may need to call you back as the shop can fill up real fast but we will do our best to give you the best service!

We accept "Paypal" transfers from the USA but international there is a 5% handling fee. My email address is dan@plazacutlery.com and is all set up. Just let me know the transfer is coming or who ever is working!

Please use the form below. To FAX directly the store use 714-549-3933 (Not for any other use except ordering. Please, no other FAX's with out my permission! I hate junk FAX's and the companies who send them! If you FAX without my permission I will never do business with you!)

Email orders:

You can email your order also. I would suggest it last but for people from other country’s it is easier. Only put 4 numbers of your credit card in one email. It will take 5 emails with the expiration date being separate also with the security number. I would suggest sending them at different times also. To date we have had no problem with this but we can not take any responsibility as it is not secure. Also you can write out the numbers in English:

1=One, 2 Two, 3=Three, 4=Four, 5=Five, 6=Six, 7=Seven 8=Eight, 9=Nine, 0=Zero

Just a reminder we do offer "Lay away" (20% down 60 days to pay off (we can do longer but needs to be set when setting up), $10 Fee if cancelled in the first 2 weeks after that balance can be held as credit or put towards other merchandise) Lay Aways are final sales so no returns or refunds.

All credit card orders are checked for address verification. If they do not match we will call you back. This is for your protection. I helped catch a guy in South Carolina who took his neighbors card in December.

Returns:

If you are unhappy with the item after receiving it. Simply return it to us for a full refund less the shipping. The item must be in the same condition you received it in. Please let me know by e-mail or phone that it is coming back. We do not need to know why but we would like to so we can fix what ever the problem is. Also you do not need to overnight the item back to us. Please include all original recites. Please make copies for yourself.
