Yuko, Pam and I will be in Las Vegas for the USN Show from Wednesday to late Sunday.

There will be nobody taking care of email and I will update the website and answer email on Monday.

We are in our third generation of offering fine cutlery and other quality products. Plaza Cutlery specialize in having “in stock” the items you are looking for in addition to hard to find and discontinued items. Because of the size of our inventory we will be unable to put everything online but you can E-mail, fax or phone with any questions. Plaza Cutlery carries a large selection of custom knives in addition to factory made folding knives, fixed blade & specialty knives. Also full lines of kitchen cutlery, swords, scissors, manicure sets, clocks, beer steins, Swiss watches and SureFire flashlights with accessories are a few of the other categories we stock. Our product selection will grow as I have time to add to it so this will be a life long project. Plaza Cutlery is located in “South Coast Plaza”, Costa Mesa in Southern California. If you live in our area or will be visiting you can select to have your order ready for pick up in the store or we will be happy to ship your order any where in the world.
